Hi, my name is Hannah Morris. I'm a local cello teacher in the Lower Blue Mountains. I've been teaching the Suzuki Method for a number of years privately, and have had experience teaching group lessons in a Western Sydney High School.
As a performer, I've had experience playing in local musicals, various orchestras (for example, Orpheus Strings, Penrith Symphony Orchestra, Sydney University Symphony Orchestra), small ensambles, weddings and other miscilaneous performances.
The Suzuki Method is a great way to learn a musical instrument and I very passionately advocate it. It is a method that embraces teaching all people music. It focus on developing fine character in a musician, aural skills and great student/teacher/parent relationships.
I am seeking new students to join my studio. Any person of any age can begin learning, and I have had a number of adult students. Furthermore, I've had a lot of experience working with children in childcare and teaching situations.
